Check in and Out:
Check in is after 3pm, check out before 11am, no exceptions.
Last Minute Bookings:
Any reservations made with fewer than 30 days to Check-In will require Full Payment(100%) to secure the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Once we receive your Reservation Deposit (charged within 48 hours if you booked using a credit card), there is a 5% fee for any cancellations. Cancellations within 30 days are not
refundable unless the unit is re-rented.
Weather Cancellations:
Apartments at Pools Beach cannot be responsible for act of God or other weather situations beyond their control. We suggest purchasing Travel Insurance if you are traveling during hurricane
season.
Power and water outages occur fairly regularly in the Puntas area of Rincon, Apartments at Pools Beach does have a backup power generator.
Apartments at Pools Beach has hot water in the showers only via Solar hot water heater, please conserve hot water.
Smoking:
Smoking is allowed outdoors on the property. No smoking indoors!
