Low Season (April 15 - October 31)

• $140/night*
• 3 night minimum(Weekends available, $400 Fri & Sat)
• 7% room tax
• $60 cleaning fee (waived for stays of 5 nights or longer)

High Season (November 1 - April 14)

• $175/night*
• 3 night minimum*
• 7% room tax
• $60 cleaning fee (waived for stays of 7 nights or longer)

Small pets welcome, add $5/night.

$300 deposit required for reservation with balance due one month prior to your arrival.  Deposit is only refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival.

$100 security deposit required.

*Holiday rates apply December 15-January 8

                               Presidents, Easter and July 4(add 20%)

  7 night minimum on Holiday weeks
